OUR PROGRAM
Once we leave Palau Harbour we sail along the coast of Porto Faro and Porto Rafael Village. After 50 minutes of navigation we arrive to our first destination: Spargi Island. This island is completely uninhabited and it is reachable just by little boats. In Spargi there are many little bays (Cala Corsara, Cala Soraya, Cala Granara, Cala Connari) with sandy beaches and cristal clear waters. We choose one of these bays and we do our first swim/stop that lasts one hour and an half. Here you can decide to go to the beach by dinghy with the crew or you can stay on board and swim/snorkelling from the boat.
The navigation lasts 45 minutes while we sail through the Strairs of Bonifacio. Once we arrive to Budelli island we pass in front of la Spiaggia Rosa* where we can do pictures from the boat.
*LA SPIAGGIA ROSA is closed from 1998 and it is not allowed to walk on the sand or to swim in the bay. Anyway it is possible to do a walk behind la Spiaggia Rosa following the limitations.
Then we proceed to the natural pools of Budelli (Madonna’s Harbour) where the low draft of the catamaran allows us to do a tour inside crystal and shallow waters that look like pools. Inside the natural pools we look for the best spot to anchor and we do the lunch stop. The crew serve Sardinian appetizer, water, Vermentino wine, pasta, fruit, dessert, caffè and Mirto. During this stop you can swim/snorkelling from the boat. Lastly we visit Santa Maria Island with its beautiful waters. The swim/stop here lasts approximately one hour and you can choose to go to the beach by dinghy or to swim from the boat. Then we set the sails to return to Palau sailing under the coast of La Maddalena island. Expected return time is at 5 pm.
If you are looking for a sailing excursion from Palau to La Maddalena islands you cannot miss our catamaran tours to the National Park of La Maddalena.
